It was good little expensive to change two license plate lights

As always the service department was excellent. I have been going there for years and I have never had a problem or any issues with anyone there. Everyone has always been very polite and so nice to talk to.

2 hours for and oil change and tire rotation while waiting, is a little tooooooo excessive.

Customer service was great but the task took more than an hour for an oil change

Took my vehicle in for diagnosis. Service called three different days with three different prices and diagnosis. When, pulling the oil pan day one would have told us an answer sooner. Then, when service called to say it was ready to be picked up they asked how I planned on paying. When I answered that I would be writing a check I was told that checks in that amount were not accepted. How did you expect me to pay? The person on the phone could not tell me what the maximum check amount was just that I was “way over the amount”. How do customers normally pay for your services? I did not feel like the service desk employees were customer friendly or helpful. Just an overall bad experience.

I ordered tires during the buy 3 get one for a dollar in May I went to my appointment on 6/9/2025 and was told at pick up ( almost 3 hours to put on tires ?) that I was no longer getting the deal . After a manager got envolved they came back with a split the difference but I refused because they should honor our verbal agreement on the phone . After a while they decided to honor it . I was very upset with this . Also my new tires that was installed when I purchased I found out were the wrong ones for my suv so I guess so I guess my good deal wasn't such a good deal . They only had 28000 miles on them and were separating when they had been rotated often and should have had 50000 miles. No credit for that was given as well . On the phone I was told they could send back to tire place and they might could credit me something back . They then said at the end that that wouldn't happen either . I was upset about it enough to get a migraine headache and a hour drive home .

Very nice people and knew what they were doing.

I have been a customer here for over 30 years and would not go any where else.

It took longer then expected

Our vehicle was blowing hot air when A/C was running and check engine light was on temp gauge was low. They ran a diagnostic found the problem had a sensor and a pigtail messed up. They fixed it within three hours… great people.
